I need a template for my cheat-code website directcheat.com (Title: Directcheat, 2nd Title: The Next Level). I need it to have two navigation bars (One left, One right) and a content area in the middle to the two. I need the template to be a dark themed with a banner picture of a game on the top like most cheat-code websites (example:

2). I also need it to have a header and a footer, with a space for ads at the footer. The main colors should be dark red (#990000), red, dark gray (#330000) and main content text to be (#C0C0C0). Tell me if this is too much.
