The service is old and has become practically useless. Almost all of the search engines listed don’t exist anymore or are using google for the search results.
I don’t even recommend submitting your website to any search engine anymore it’s done all automatically these days.
If you still want to submit it anyway just use the official submit pages:

Yahoo search will soon use Bing for it’s search results
