Hey i have an idea.... why don't u like not copy the habbo website as well they probably have their design copyrighted...

If you still wanna copy it well its ure funeral just right-click and say view source, just copy all of that and paste it into Frontpage.

Just make sure all the images link up to habbo or just download them yourself.

Another way you could do it is get a website downloader for offline browsing, It will download almost everything it can on that server(not usernames or passwords mind) so there ya go. But i must warn you i would contact sulake and ask if you can use a portion of their homepage design or they could sue you.
