Template Help

Hi! I would like to request a help for my site? my site is going to be a year this August but still it's template is really really bad and still lots of broken link since I always try to change it's template... I always look for a good one but I can't seem to find a good one... One thing it makes me hard to make a site I don't know any graphics software and I am not good in imagination.... Can anyone help me? it's kinda all around site, info, lyrics, gaming, results, etc... Really appreciate it if anyone could help me improve my site and in return I will help you advertise your site at my site... Thanks
