Does any one know what effect the background is, or how i can chage this image. I need this background sized 2.7 x 2.7cm can anyone help?

best get ur m8 2 do the background for u at that size, if i resize that n distort it will look bad n will lose all the proportions n stuff, n its like a grunge effect done with brushes
