Fitness/Personal Trainer Template?

Check out my website at "the-fitness-program-guide.com". I just started this month and have well over 30 pages. I'm having fun with designing, but I just haven't found the right template for my fitness site. When people see my home page I want them to think "I want to get fit!!!" I want it to be motivating, inspiring, uplifting, yet able to pump someone up wanting to have me (or a personal trainer) create an exercise program for them.

I would love to have a fitness image of me on the home page...could you possibly tutor me to do that? I have paint and adobe photoshop. I'm looking forward to this one!! Thanks in advance.
