Unable to change the colors of my page

Hi everyone! I downloaded the Salt and Soap template from the website. I love everything about it except for the blue color. I would really like to change the background color to orange. Is there any way to do this? I have tried editing each of the colors in the CSS template but nothing happens. I would be happy to link to my site or post the code if that is necessary to answer my question. Thanks in advance for your help!

Centering a sliced Navbar with CSS

Hello all,

I'm having a hard time using CSS to center a navigation bar I sliced up.

I made the Navbar in Photoshop, sliced it up and had Photoshop save it for the Web using CSS.

The images display fine when viewed in a browser, but I've spent hours fiddling with the code, trying to get it all to be centered on the page. Does anyone know the solution?

Here is a sample of the CSS Photoshop came up with:

Again, my goal is to have a sliced up Navbar centered at the top of the page. What am I doing wrong, or how could it be done?

Looking to build a Login system.

I have the GameZone template and it has a login form and register form. Im looking to create a site like that and im going to use the GameZone template. If someone could help me goign with creating a login system for my site, I would be so HAPPY!

I want it so people can sign up with their xBOX gamertags and have a password. And they can have a profile they can edit to be customized by them. Also I want it to show like their loses and wins that I will only beable to edit.

Books Online Border Removal

I have been modifying the Books Online template but cannot figure out which code will change the white horizontal border between the orange and green navigation bars. I have found the CSS for each of the other borders but can't find that one.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Ok have never used a template before, I have a css file and a index.html file, plus my other pages that have edited the index file from and saved with there own name.

I know that I need to upload my folder with all this in to my site, my question is this.

Can the pages go directly in the public.html folder, and the folder with images and css stay in the folder and go in the public.html folder on my site, If that makes sense

If so how would I link the pages to the css file and images etc ?

this is where will probably get completely lost.

As normally use the inbuilt site editor to make pages.
