Default SQL wordpress install error

I'm having trouble installing wordpress on my website. I've entered the info correctly (or at least I think I have) but it's still now working.

For example
Database Server Name:mysqlDatabase:funnyUsername:funnyPassword:Ilo lalot

I take it I DB_NAME would be 'mysql', DB_USER would be 'funny' and DB_PASSWORD would be 'Ilolalot'?

Please help.
