So who has been using jquery in their developments?

Been using the API/1.3/Ajax for use in hand scanners for reduced overhead and faster responce times, on Motorola (Symbol) MC9000 to Query the database on the server. With limited memory on the scanner and the reduced screen re-writes it facilitates faster responce time, i.e.; greater productivity for the works.
Of course with Lightbox on webs.
Mootools isn't bad either and Dojo superfast.
