Hi, I see all are using flash in their home page. I was wondering to know that does it has worth for us? if yes then what's the advantages & disadvantages of this?

Using Flash can bring charm to a website, that's why so many people use Flash.
But Flash is not search engine friendly.
Nowadays Flash video (FLV) is the most popular online video format, notable user of Flash video format include Youtube, Google Video, Yahoo! Video...But to display FLV on web page, you need to make a flash video player.
