In your mind you know what it is, so maybe somewhere near the top you could let people know just like you posted here.

It is the kind of page I would just click off. Like a special interest page of no interest to me.
Even the name doesn't tell me much "kafito".
If I Google your name all I find is you trying to promote yoursite on forums, all saying the samething.
"Please review my website".
I think you have the cart before the horse.
Other than that it is pleasing on the eyes, Nice colors and simple layout.

In each version I put a brief description "About the directory Kafito"

Until now, all versions placed in kafito.com subdomains.
Now, the test domain I bought two German and Czech National: Kafito - Directory-Center and Kafito - Adresá? Center and placed where appropriate languages.

Please opinion whether the domain is better than the national sub-domains?

The directory pages looking very clean, well done. Like ishkey already mentioned, a visitor has NO IDEA what this site is about if arrives on your main/portal page .
Just add a simple description in english language and you're ready
