I have been programming for years, can't figure out what it is. Based on what little is there noway I would sign up or download a file from the server you have it stored on. Looking at your colorful wording on other sites describing it's function, which tells nothing and file size of 634k - Just doesn't sound safe to me.
Looks like you are collector of links.
Seems like a premature request for a review.
Needs a lot of work.
Could be a nice Free Hosted Site from Google but like I said needs work.

What is your real domain? .start.at is a URL redirect, I don't go to sites that use them, why are you hiding your URL.
