Clan/Group Logo. Asap Please.

Could someone try and create a logo for my group/clan please?

It should be like:

1. Flaming text in the foreground: "TTF&F Mods" it should be a light yellow text so clearly visble above the background.
2. In the background, red and orange flames to bring out the text.
3. The flames should look quite realistic.
4. It's quite a small logo, maybe 300x300 pixels.

Please tell me roughly how long it will take, thanks.
