need help with my company logo

hi guys,

I have been meddling with photoshop for sometime now & right now am trying to create a website for our business, Here is some info about my company... Velocity Transmissions Private Limited

1. We are a job work company who manufactures CNC turned components.
2. established in 2002 , an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company.
3. We are a prime vendor to GKN Driveshafts Ind. Ltd which is a leading manufacturer of driveshafts (automobile axles) in India. The company is the only manufacturer of constant velocity (CV) joints that are used in front wheel drive vehicles. We currently produce Axle components for a wide number of car models on Indian roads currently - HONDA, TOYOTA, SUZUKI, TATA, HYUNDAI, VOLKSWAGEN, NISSAN among others.

I guess the description may not be of any use .

I am using zenlike webtempelate to model my website . Template Preview (zenlike) - Free CSS Templates.

I require a header as well as a new cool looking logo for our services . I tried my hand on a couple but they just look crappy !!

If anyone can help me out with the design I would realllly appreciate it !!

here is something I've done. I wasn't sure if you want something similar to the one you just posted or something else, also for the colors.... anyway just tell me what you think.

it looks good .. pretty professional.. but can you follow a navy blue clour scheme, I guess I left that out . We dont have a particular logo . when my dad & his partner started this company 10 years ago , they just haphasardly drew one on a scratch pad and that was it !!!! So anything cool but proffesional , related to ofcourse the industry itself would do.

I am also working on the website. Though its still on developmentstage I am basing it around teh tempelate... Template Preview (zenlike) - Free CSS Templates. .. I also wanted a header/banner for the website , so I can replace the one already present there. It would ofcourse have to fit in the scheme of the tempelate & the industry ofcourse.

I am sorry if I am not able to explain more clearly . Please let me know if there is anything else that one might need to know to make the project.
