Need Help with Netball Club Sponsor Log Please?

Hi,

CovertPea kindly pulled together a great logo for our local netball club in Ashbourne, Derbyshire - Thanks CovertPea!!!

We are just ordering new kit for all teams, most of which are sponsored. Part of the deal is that we show the sponsor logo prominently on the kit.

The kit has a black background. One of our sponsors logos is on white. My photoshop skills are useless!!!! You can see where this one is going can't you!!!

Could someone please take a look at the attached logo and optimise it on a black background. You may have to change the logo text colours a little so that it stands out, but if possible please could we keep them as close to current colours as possible?

It would be really useful if we could have a high-res jpeg of the finished file please?

Any help, greatly appreciated.

945 x 200 pixels please (think that's 25cm x 5.29).

Had to re-do the whole text thing, luckily I had the same font.
This is a reduced image. The original is 945 x 200px in 250ppi so there should be no problem with sizing to fit.
Let me know if you want it.
