ive just read around the site and it apaling that people who has had made graphics for them demand that you make more. its a shame, and they have no apreciation for the time and effort put into it. If you have a spesific request. put more detail in you post.

I am new to this site but I just thought this had to be said. delete this if you think its spam. im not even sure the artists agree with me but im sure they are sick of making five different graphics when it wassnt nessecery if the requester had just written a few more lines.

There is a post asking people to put more detail in there request at the top of this forum. But as per people don't read signs or notices lol (human nature).

From reading other peoples posts I cannot quite understand how CovertPea and others are so patient when it comes to tweeking the designs they provide. The work they provide is top quality and there communication with the members is excellent as well.

It must be enjoyment in there work that drives them after seeing them reply to so many peoples requests.

I am exited to see what they can draw up for me and my team (as well as looking at others logos lol).

I agree 100%.
This forum was setup for people to help one another.
Now it has become a Make me a Graphiic for my football team or a Logo for my business or Give me the answer or post something stupid just to list their link trying for a better rating.
Everybody wants to take, but few will give back. It is a shame the majority are so selfish and only care for their own needs. Half say nothing, when they get what they want, the other half say thank you and head on their way. It is a shame this is the way the world has become. I would be willing to bet 98% of them just go through the motions of doing something when at work and couldn't nor wouldn't be able to think if they had too, but would expect a paycheck at the end of the week. If someone asked them for help they would most likely say I'm busy.

Here something novel:
1. Try posting in the Introduce Yourself Section. (Most people wouldn't give someone on the street the time of day - so why ask for something without saying Hi first!)
2. Give a Review of a Website from how you view it. It really helps the web designer see things they missed.
3. Post in the Free Section The Free Templete and Host you use and why you like them for someone else to benefit.
4. Here's a tough one - Google someones posted problem, even if you haven't a clue, to try to help answer their question or at least point them in the right direction.

Will the world be a beter place for any of this - not really. We have gone backwards to far, but at least this forum will...

I take and give back here. I mostly give back. My rank here is going up because i am actually helping 3 people at once and 2 are using my designs

I agree with you and now i have found this site i will try to help people or pass on things i have learnt from my time on the internet or companies i have used.

The main reason i came onto this site is for the past 2 days i have been on 30/40 sites about designing a football badge and dont seem to be getting anywhere,can you please help me.I have done the best i can to design the badge but it looks pretty poor.
