I'm totally lost here. I've downloaded a template, the architecture one, but when I open up the index file it loses all it's formatting. What am I doing wrong

When I want to create more pages of the same design but instead of the header I want the text to appear in the place of header. When I want to write something it appears below and I want it to be from the top. How can I do that? What should I have to change?

I think this template is the best one concerning business subjects I've ever seen))
I suppose it will attract attention of potential sponsors or investors, at the same time a solid work and has a corresponding look)
