Default Closed or open?
Do you have your forum closed or open? Most of mine is open, but certain areas for members only. I am hoping that draws more in to register. What do you do?

I've found if I leave them open I get tonnes of spam if I leave them closed I get around half the traffic but at least its solid traffic.
