Used bravenet website wizard,want to use template

I used the Bravenet website wizard to create a site and would now like to use a template for the home page. Can I do this and keep the forum, photo album and other pages already on there? The site is for former employees of a company we worked for and our photo album has around 1000 pics from 1987-2004 and I don't want to lose them. I have read a little on their site about using their FTP space to upload a template and all, but can I keep the other pages I created with the wizard and will they work together?
