John, you should be able to download any template. What's the error message you see?

I assume to download you click on the "Download Source File" at the bottom right, however, whenever I try to download anything like these two here:

I'm taken to a page like this:

any clues?

John, which OS and browser are you using?

I have no exact idea why it happens. It seems like your browser does not send the header or referral value. Strange!

But most of the people can download them without a problem.

I tried it with FF3 and IE7. I just tried again and I'm taken to the same web page.

I took a look at your source code and part of the problem might be the way you're linking to the files. For example, I see the following line:
<a class="boldbuttons" href="/download/templatemo_004"

the templatemo_004 is missing a file extension. Might help?

It is correct that file ext. is missing. I did it intentionally to prevent unauthorized direct downloads from other websites.

When you click on Download Source File link, you should immediately get a ZIP file.
