I found this cool free web host provider, it has lots of features and its free. I have my webpage here and its great. Ive tried a lot of free web host providers and this one was best, because it also has safe mode off and lets you send emails from your forum (for validating new users, so there is no more smtp error). Ok features here:

Bandwidth 100GB
Disk Space 1500Mb
php,mysql,no-ads
FTP uploading
Free Subdomain
WebMail
website statistics
redirections,parked domains,backup options,website builder and so on...

I have it for a month now and had no problems.

Try byet.net which is best in my expereance (200gb bandwidth..etc)
