Banner request

Hi, can someone make me a banner that says something along the lines of:
Cheatsync recovery, or Project: cheatsync recovery

some images to use:








I like the forums logo, the blue and white colors, but also incorporate GTA (LCS/VCS) if you can add pics of toni/vic and a hunter (attack heli) as a background, that'd be cool; between 500-600 width, and 90-125 height
