Creating an internal page layout for Charity Trust theme

Hello,
I'm working with the beautiful Charity Trust theme I found here. I want to create a complementary internal page for a Website based on the theme. I won't need the large graphic area on most of the internal pages. Also, I want to move a couple of things around. If the original designer or someone who knows this theme can please contact me, I could use some help and, depending on the level of work required, will be able to compensate you for the effort.

Wow, yes, that's just about perfect! It's hard to tell if the column lengths are working correctly. Is this a fluid length template? I'm not even sure!

The other things I wanted were to move the search box up above the navigation, floating right with the same upper margin/padding as the logo. Then, overall, it would be perfect to reduce the size of that upper bar so there's not quite as much grey--so you don't have to scroll down to start reading. I don't want the logo & search box all the way at the top, but cut the space by maybe 1/3 or so?

I am happy to contribute some services in return. I am primarily a copywriter.

The lengths are fluid - the widths are fixed. They work correctly.
The way the template is made, when you click on the menu for the next page the graphic does not change in color to look like the home graphic (there is no green and the home page has no black). Needed are 2 sets for each menu button, one set green and one set black. see attached pic. In your PM you said you can do graphics - I leave this to you. Post them in a zip file here.
Also attached is raised logo - let me know if it is high enough and seach box (still working on).

I finished the "Search Box" it took awhile and several tweaks but it works. The words "Search the site" do not show up and really thows everything off in the code so I left it out. Working on the other pages to give you a few options to work with. Let me know when you get the other graphics done so I can code them into the menu.

Hi ishkey! Don't worry about coding in the graphics...I can manage that. All I need is the revised template shell and I can switch out the graphics. If you'll post it here or email it to me that would be great. Once I receive those, I'll go back to your Websites and take a look to see how I can return the favor. Thank you so much!
