Fire Department Website (Design Help)

I know this is the wrong forum but I can't post in the request one. I know that the requests have been closed since March of 2007 but Idk if there are other "members" that like to design for us too

I would really like to make a new site for stmarysfd.com While I love the layout its just too dark and limited now for me. I have so many ideas for the site to grow.

The Whitehouse layout is simple, yet allows for expansion...I love it. Can anyone help design/code a layout similar to this. I like the banner at top and the colors. Any images to do with fire would be great. I also like the background to be neutrel like white and greys or light blues. I can provide ANYTHING you need to know to make the site.

I love on this site the links on the top right and the left bar. I would want 3 columns like they have. with the middle being the biggest. I also like the "date" and "last updated" that is displayed in grey under the banner.

Anywho...i can go on and on Just let me know if your interested in helping. I have TONS of pictures that you can use THANKS!
