Template

Hi

I'm new to the world of creating websites and would be grateful for some advice.

I'm in the process of designing a site using CSS. Within the site I have a CSS drop down menu, the content of which will require editing on a regular basis. So I don't have to edit every page individually, how would I go about creating a template?
