Metal Band Template

i am here to request a template for my Metal Band. I have tried but cant get it right. WE would like it red, black, and gray. The banner with a singer screaming or a fender guitar (Black and White). Links: Home, Forum, Member Bios (drops down once clicked one displaying all members names), concert details, sponsors, bio, links, concert tickets, Images, downloads, lyrics, tabs, contact. We would also like to have a affiliate iomage made whioch i can edit myself. We would like for skulls and demons for images. Our band name is Rage of Nevaeh which means Rage of Hell. If you could do this for us we would add a link to your page from our Forum website, Gothic Forums. http://gothicforums.darkhostinginc.com is the URL for that site.
