Default New help designing my online magazine site

Hello and how are you doing? I have chosing one of your allready great templets, (The "FireRescue Templet") but I'm unable to edit it. How do I convert from Photoshop to Macromedia Dreamweaver? Or can you create a better template for me and my new online magazine.

Thanks alot
M-Easy

Forget about the psd file, thats just for editing the images. When in Dreamweaver just open up the html file that came with the template just like you would a word file.
