Habbo Hotel Template/Layout

I have been trying for many days now to get a basic layout/template made for free, and at points ive offered to pay and have been shut down...therefore, I come here asking for assistance.

Now, as you are probably not familiar with Habbo Hotel is is a MMOCC, and the main site is www.habbo.com
The website I need a template/layout for is www.habbov.net/habbov/main.htm, that is the basic layout design we would like, however it is not habbo-themed.
All we need is for someone to add a touch of Habbo Hotel to the layout, and fix any errors they can find. You can use images from websites such as www.habbo.com (copywrited, however this is a fansite and we have disclaimers so it is alloud) You can change some colors to the gold which is featured on www.habbo.com, but please try not to use to many bright colors. www.habbov.net also has a good picture on it, you could use some snipets from that if you wish. Other then that I dont know what to say...Here are some websites to be used as examples http://www.habbo.com/community/fansites however please do not use images that are exactly like these, or we will probably be accused from ripping images from other fansites. If anyone can help please reply, or PM me. We need this ASAP as we would love to get our website up and running. Thankyou very much, and if there are any questions, I will check back regularly.

Even if you could make any graphics for me, such as a banner, i would be overjoyed.

I would just like to add that I have seen similar posts to this on here and they are not very specific, if there is anything I can do to help you please let me know. Please do not avoid making this because you have not heard of the game or website be for also, as I am happy to help you understand anything you need. I am not capable of making any good templates.]

I've only seen one that has to do with Habbo...I like all the templates you have made

Anything to do with habbo...possibly peices of the image off www.habbov.net, images can be used because of disclaimer and its a fansite (but do not copy any off fansites they may be custom, however you can maybe change them...you could also if you want create an account on www.habbo.com/client.action and then log in and explore to find screenshots you think you may be able to use.

7) Any colors you prefer?
The gold you see on www.habbo.com other then that just darker colors not anything too bright, and not much white if any at all.
