Need Website for youth runaway shelter

I have been asked to design a new look for our Webster House page. We are a non profit agency that offers shelter and counseling for teens who are homeless or thinking of running away. I have done a lot of the graphic design for the agency, but never web design. My boss handed me a Dreamweaver CD and said here - go at it.

2) Page to offer information on news and upcoming events as well as describe services (see above), crisis intervention contact info and accept donations. I'd like the page to be simple, but graphically geared towards teens.

6) We have a disk that we bought full of photos of minors. Our latest billboard is geared around a teen on a red couch with definition of a couch surfer (no home - moves from couch to couch wherever someone will take them in).

7) Depends on the photos really - but our logo is PMS 7448 (Purple) and PMS 138 (yellow) with Persimmon and Trajan fonts.

I am no professional, I haven't had any training.
Pretty much self taught by tutorials and self learned esperiences.

It looks like you like the colorful designes. I guess is best fits.
I work with photoshop, and typical html code.
