Requesting a Habbo Fansite Layout

Hello,

Can you please make me a Habbo-fansite layout?

1. My website address is www.HabbOWNED.com
2. My website will provide news for the Us habbo hotel as well as providing competitions, and rare furni valuations, it will also have a shoutcast radio on it for people to tune it. I will also have a forum on the site.
3. Three template designs on FWT i really like: - A template for dogs
- Ski template
- Hardware store template
Out of these 3 i would love a template like the template for dogs one. However i download it, and load it up into photoshop but cannot edit it, i can move stuff about but not edit the text and stuff like that. any ideas on how i can do this?

6. I have some images but not many. I would like some habbo related but i can do that i suppose. Can you make a banner at the top of the page habbo related?
7. Colours prefered: light/dark blueish colour, not to light or dark tho but not to bright either.
