A sports related site in dire need of re-design

Hi I have a fairly active (well not at the moment it is offseason) sports related website for the team I support in Rugby league. Time is against me and I no longer have the time to develop a new look and feel of which the site is currently in dire need.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me create a new, professional and flexible template for the site. There are plenty of images on the site that can be sourced and can be used to help with the development. Am will to pay for the design or use advertising as means of payment. Please let me know if you are interested and/or can help.
