counter strike source template needed for clan

hey my website url is www.stats.exhero.com
and i need a full website, with a banner and everything, my clan is called {S.T.A.R.S} (special tactics and rescue squad) umm if you could add that to the banner that would be great, or i could just add it in, also if it is possible could i get a splash screen or some flash added to the website
