I'm sending you the zipped psd file (attached).
I can't make it too easy for you.  Besides, at the moment with study and normal work I don't have the time to do a complete changeover for you.So... Look at the file and the changes made to it. Then you can do those further changes for yourself. If you don't have photoshop, get yourself a copy of GIMP (it's free). Learning graphics programs is a lot of fun (most times) and will eventually save you a lot of money by being able to do the stuff yourself. Believe me, you'll be glad you took the time to learn it.
