Need template for cs-manager !

Hi ! I'm newbie here and first I wont say sorry for my bad eng. language !

Cs-manager is online manager game ! I think most of users know what is counter-strike , so this is manager about this game ! I'm come from Latvia , this is small country near Baltic Sea , so I and other Latvians who play this manager game wont make web about Latvian community in cs-manager and bring there more new members ! Because that we need cool template for this project ! Can you help us of anything ?!
