Need a template for HALO

I wanna make a template for HALO but i cant make 1.
They are all to Noobies.

PLz can someone help me to make a template for HALO.

I will design a Halo template for you.
As for the link, if I design a template for some it's always needed that they leave a like to FWT that will be placed on the bottom of the template.
