I'm not a special website designer , just a beginner, but in order to try to solve your request I need to know more about wht do you want. Examples:
-some of the main pages smth that will be usefull for making your navbar ( home, suport, news media :.:this are examples:.
-what logo would you like
-if you want to make only a "static" normal html webpage or you want a members area that uses php..
I don't know exactly your wants sa please post any informationt that helps me design your website.
