The website you're using is file share hosting.
What you need to make your own website is "web hosting".

I downloaded your website template.
You only need to upload the two files in site_flash folder.
The template is made with flash.
Do you know how to edit flash templates?

Editing is not so hard, creating a template from scratch is a lot harder.
Do you have Adobe Flash CS?
You need to edit the .fla file just change the text with your own.
Your .fla file is in the flash folder it's the 24016.fla file you need to edit.
The adobe flash program will make a .swf file that's the file you need to upload on your web hosting account.

Well you didn't make it easy for yourself by using a flash template.
Can you afford to pay $700 to get the flash program just to edit the text of the template? You can download a trial version and test to see if it's anything for you.

If you just use a HTML and CSS template you don't need to buy any software.
You can get a lot of free software to do that or just use notepad to edit the text.

My advice would be: don't use flash templates for your website.
Flash is good for video, games, banners or a website header.
We're not using flash for any of our website templates.

Even Adobe maker of flash is only using flash on the homepage for the header.
If your website is pure entertainment using a full flash template might be cool.
