Default Help Editing PSD file and adding links

I downloaded the file, changed the images, added the text all in photoshop and now I need to add the links to the pages. Do I need to take the file into frontpage and add links there? Also how do I get the page to load so it is centered on the screen in the web browser. I have limited website editing experience, but I offered to help someone with their site and we are trying to beat a deadline. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info. While waiting for a reply I figured out how to create the links by using the slices (had never done that before). So I get that. I do need to know if there is coding I can place in the document so you can not right mouse click and capture any images.

Forget the right mouse click any beginner can by-pass it and download your images.
This subject has been beaten to death here and all over the web.
