I want to use Template

hi,
im new to this site. And i have seen so many very nice templates here. I want to ask one question, i have already read the Terms And Conditions of the site. but still have a question
i have to develope a Static Website for someone which will cover only a very few pages may be 2 or 3 pages. Shall i feel free to use any of the Free Tamplate for them?
