Need Help Sir! (Are these templates compatible with Blogspot? )

These sentences happened whenever I had uploaded the Beauty secrets template.

What should I do? I try to upload several times,I am tried.

This is the way I did it.
1. Copy the HTML file and paste to the old one.
2. Upload the images to a Photobucket.com for refer these images to my Blog.

3.But I wonder CSS file where does it put in anyway or do I upload it after I have been upload HTMP file.<I think it doesn't>
