Default ok so does anyone know of a good html editor for this??

ok so does anyone know of a good html editor? apparently dreamweaver is junk for some reason when it comes to these templates.

Is there any sort of editor out there better suited for this type of work?

Ive read the css tutorial which was helpful to some point but i need to see what im editing and not have the footer showing up in the header and half the slices not showing up.

look at my attachment.. am i insane here?
