Coding a menu?

Can someone code this for me????

I attached the file...
It's a menu I need, but i can't find one like it. I was wondering if anyone wanted to take a crack at it.

There are a couple ways to go about this, the first is to make it in flash, which would be easy.. but seeing as you posted it in here i'm sure you want it in HTML... if you give some more specifics I can throw something together for you... color, style, sub-topics and size.

Thank you so much! I've never coded a menu before (not for lack of trying, trust me). I'd like it rounded, not square. The template has a roundish look to it, so it's only right the menu is roundish. The html code for the red color is #A43102. The font color on the red background is #FFFFD7. The green color code is #A8B130. The font color code for the green background is #FDECA7. If you can, I would like it to be 900px in width. If it's possible, could you make the submenu text begin after the end of the tab--exactly like it is in the image?
Other than that...have fun?
=\ I think the font size should be at least 14, bold. The submenu font is 12, italic.
