Help With Gaming Template?

I am having some trouble adding a new menu to the navigation bar as i am adding a link to the forums but I am stumped, i want it to look like all the links on my nav bar and beside the contact link:

What have you tried. Do you have any code you used for us to view?

well, the navigation bar was part of the template so i don't know about a code
but the template is the second last download here: http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/template7.php

Now you have me confused. How could you not know about the code and yet you change some pics and added text. Take a look at the code below and see if this helps. It's in the "index.html" file.

I have figured out how to do it but now the nav bar is too big

You will need to add another line of code to in the unorderd list for that link.
You will also have to adjust the width in style.css or it will not fit. Along with several other adjustments to the file.
