Help with html code insertion

Hi, I downloaded a the E-Book Webpage and would like to know if you could help me, I’m trying to edit the ( Book Search Box ) at the top of the page under the Home tab, I cleared out all the text. Now within the box and I would like to put an email sign-up form or a serch box. i have the code for it email sign-up box (<script type="text/javascript" src="http://forms.aweber.com/form/12/1505368412.js"></script> )

But when i put this code in on the source page of the website all I get when I view it is a small yellow HTML Tags box there. I’ve tried pretty much everything I can think of to accomplish this, can anyone help. Please email at morefeus46@wowway.com

If my memory serves my correctly, I believe Aweber has a how to get started section for their code and how you need to put it in to your page. We would be shooting into the dark on this one.
