image as a border?

Is that possible? how do I make an image a border on a template?

If you want to do what I think I understood you wanting to do, you can put what content into the image that you want to use easily enough. Just set a div container with the proper dimensions for the image and then use the image with the transparent center as a background. All the text will then appear in the center if properly done.
