Need Help with Page 2

I downloaded Template22.zip (Real Estate) from this site so I could teach myself how to use CSS. I was able to change everything associated with the page (colors, nav menu, content...). I can’t figure out what to do for the other pages that will keep the basic design in tact. Basically for page2, I want to do away with the search, special offer on the left, and the scroller in the center to make an area for a data grid to display search results.

I guess what I want to know is; what would a CSS expert do for the following pages?
