I'm new to this site and coding web templates. I recently coded a template and noticed the web page doesn't view correctly with different browsers. I use dreamweaver and photopaint. After all is done, when I view it with IE, it looks perfect. However, when I view it with firefox, the lines doesn't connect or it has a gap with I slice them. Safari (iphone) browsers looks even worst.
I use a mouse to do my slicing. Do I need a mouse pen to have it look perfect? Sorry for the silly questions. |

Your question has been addressed before. You will find that IE does not follow the world wide standards as do the other browsers do. IE is getting better. If you were to Google the subject you will find tons on this subject. Some say make your web fluid others say use EM. You will find several ways around this problem. Even ways the setup dreamweaver. Your slicing is not the problem. Mouse pens are nice to have.
Take a look at MSIE vs FIREFOX
