adding mouse over text html to my code

Hi all, I am struggling now to add a bit of code in my website source so that, when you mouse over my images it comes up with text, if you know what i mean. I have had a sort out with my long code problem as in previous thread and would like to say thankyou to anyone who gave me help.

I don't want to add all that code with licences attached to it. I just need to be able to add to my existing html with a simple line of text to display when you mouseover the images.
