any CMS for themes here?

    hello world,

    is there any Content Management System that i can use directly on the templates downloaded from this website?

    any PHP cms for these templates? with or without MySQL database? may be a flat file for a database???

    No these templates are not for CMS these are HTML/CSS templates.

    But you can implent them into for example into WP, which is very easy. Lots of guides on the Internet - just search ;)
