A lot of people here ask how to change graphics in the free templates. Below is a simple tutorial I put together on how I do it.
You don't need to use the psd file that comes with the template as this is just a way of 'altering' the existing graphics within the template's images folder to suit your own needs.
I don't know if this is the right way or wrong way but it works for me!

    Hello,

I am new to this site and freewebsitetemplates.com. I really green when it comes to this stuff, so your guidance would be greatly appreciated. As far as changing the text and the "eye drop" tool mentioned in Fig 1, where exactly do you see this eye drop tool. Are you using a special program because I don't see that tool when I click on my pictures. Thanks in advance for ur help.

The 'eye drop ' tool is available in most graphic programs. Basically it looks like a picture of an eye dropper! :D
I use Photoshop but there are quite a few other alternatives out there.

Here's what the tool looks like in paint shop pro. (another good graphics program!)

thanks for sharing. background color is always major consideration for me verytime I modify templates... we cannot simply change the color as it is all over the theme.

I basically did the same thing but created a new folder for my files instead of writing over the files that I received from FWT.
